My name is Christopher Mantis and I have been coaching for 7 years. I currently hold an associate degree in Kinesiology from Austin Community College and a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT).My training is oriented towards Strength and Conditioning with a focus on bodyweight strength skills.My aim is to help individuals reach their fitness goals through the practical application of time-tested methods. I hold high value in creating a well-structured training plan that is tailored to the individual's wants and needs.
