Bio


My name is Christopher Mantis and I have been coaching for 6 years. I currently hold an associate degree in Kinesiology from Austin Community College and a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT). My training is oriented towards Strength and Conditioning with a focus on bodyweight strength skills. My aim is to help individuals reach their fitness goals through the practical application of time-tested methods. I hold high value in creating a well-structured training plan that is tailored to the individual's wants and needs.

One-on-One Personal Training


Personal Training is an individual approach tailored to your specific fitness wants/needs. A variety of training will be utilized based on fitness goals. Sessions are 1 hour.

Individualized/Online Programming


Workout plans consist of a program tailored to the individual's goals. Workouts would be performed on your own timeframe and updated weekly based on your feedback. Communication via text and calls.
